Students in remote areas of Uttarakhand can apply through the offline OMR paper form. Collect the form from any government or government-aided polytechnic institution affiliated with UBTER between February 2 and April 15, 2026. Fill the form in blue or black pen with no overwriting. Submit it at the same institution by April 15, 2026. UBTER JEEP 2026 Application Fee
The application fee for General, OBC and EWS category candidates is ₹800. For SC and ST category candidates the fee is ₹500. This is an all-inclusive fee — it covers the exam fee, counselling fee and GST together. No separate fee is charged at counselling. Payment is accepted only through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card. Keep your payment receipt safe as it will be needed at counselling.
UBTER JEEP 2026 Reservation and Category Details
Uttarakhand domicile is compulsory to claim any reservation benefit. Fill your category and sub-category correctly in the application — a wrong entry cannot be corrected later and leads to automatic cancellation. The reservation structure is as follows. SC candidates get 19% reservation. ST candidates get 4%. OBC candidates get 14% and EWS candidates get 10%. Women of all categories get 30% horizontal reservation. Disabled candidates get 4% horizontal reservation. NCC certificate holders get 1%, 2% or 3% marks bonus for A, B and C certificate respectively. Ex-servicemen dependents get 5% institutional reservation and Freedom Fighter dependents get 2%.
