As per the official notification, the registration process for UBTER JEEP 2026 will begin from 15 January 2026 and will remain open till 15 May, 2026. Candidates can apply through online as well as offline modes. Candidates can apply online through the official application portal at ubterjeep.co.in. Offline application (OMR) forms will be available from 02 February 2026 at government polytechnic institutions and other polytechnic colleges affiliated with the council.

UBTER JEEP 2026 Detailed Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for the Uttarakhand Polytechnic Entrance Exam (JEEP 2026), candidates must ensure they meet the following comprehensive eligibility standards.
1. Fundamental Requirements
- Age Limit: There is absolutely no age restriction for candidates seeking admission to any diploma course for the 2026-27 session.
- Physical Fitness: Applicants must be mentally and physically fit to perform professional duties. A physical fitness certificate issued by a Government Hospital is mandatory at the time of admission.
- Domicile & Residency: * Candidates who passed their qualifying exam from a recognized institution in Uttarakhand are eligible.
- Permanent residents of Uttarakhand who passed their qualifying exam outside the state are eligible.
- Non-residents of Uttarakhand can only apply if they passed their qualifying examination from a school located within the state.
2. Academic Qualification by Course Group
Admission is granted based on specific group codes. Ensure you select the correct code for your educational background.

| Group M | Modern Office Management (MOMSP) | Passed 10+2/Intermediate. Hindi and English must have been subjects in either 10th or 12th. |
| Group H | Hotel Management (DHMCT) | Passed 10+2/Intermediate with English as a subject and a minimum of 35% marks. |
| Group G | P.G. Diploma (PGDCA) | Must hold a Graduation degree from a recognized university. |
3. Special Weightage (NCC Certificates)
Candidates holding NCC certificates will receive a percentage of their total entrance exam marks as a bonus:
- NCC ‘A’ Certificate: 1% weightage.
- NCC ‘B’ Certificate: 2% weightage.
- NCC ‘C’ Certificate: 3% weightage.
