UKPSC RO ARO Admit Card is released separately for each stage of the Samiksha Adhikari / Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari exam — Prelims, Mains, and Computer Test. The Uttarakhand Lok Seva Ayog (UKPSC) publishes all admit cards on its official website psc.uk.gov.in. No admit card is sent by post.

Prelims Admit Card

Mains Admit Card

Important: Thorough frisking and videography of each candidate was conducted at the main gate along with admit card and photo ID verification.

Computer Test Admit Card

• Total Qualified Candidates: 735 (from Mains)
• Admit Card Released: 14 February 2025

*Lab 2 on 06 March was reserved for OA (One Arm), PB, B (Blind), and ST category candidates.

Online Departmental Preference (Vibhagavar Variyata): All 735 qualified candidates were required to fill their Online Departmental Preference on psc.uk.gov.in between 14 February 2025 and 06 March 2025. This was mandatory. Once submitted, preference could not be changed under any circumstances.

How to Download UKPSC RO ARO Admit Card

1. Go to psc.uk.gov.in (official UKPSC website)
2. Click on “Candidate Corner” in the top menu
3. Select “Admit Card” from the left sidebar
4. Search for “RO/ARO Exam-2023” and click Search
5. Click the Download Link next to the relevant admit card notice
6. Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth
7. Download and print — keep two copies (one for exam, one for document verification)

Admit cards are not sent by post. Download from official website only.

Documents Required for Computer Test & Document Verification

Candidates were required to bring 2 complete sets of the following:

1. Online Application Form (downloaded from UKPSC portal)
2. Detailed Application Form — Form No. 2, fully filled
3. Attestation Form — Form No. 3, fully filled
4. Index Card — Form No. 4, fully filled
5. Checklist — with all certificates attached in order
6. 2 latest passport-size photographs (self-attested)
7. Copy of Online Departmental Preference

Candidates who did not appear in person on their allotted date were not considered for final selection.

Important Instructions

• Admit card is not dispatched by post. Download only from psc.uk.gov.in or ukpsc.net.in.
• Bring a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Driving Licence) at every stage.
• Mobile phones, cameras, and all electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam/lab premises.
• Reach the exam centre at least 1 hour before the exam starts. Late entry is not permitted.
• At the Mains stage, videography of candidates is done at the gate along with admit card verification.
• PwD candidates requiring a Scribe must submit scribe information to UKPSC separately before the admit card for that stage is issued.
• Online Departmental Preference once submitted cannot be changed under any circumstances.

Q1: When is UKPSC RO ARO Admit Card released?

UKPSC releases the admit card separately for each stage — approximately 10 to 15 days before the exam date. In the 2023 cycle, the Prelims admit card was released on 05 December 2023, Mains on 11 October 2024, and Computer Test on 14 February 2025.

Q2: Where can I download UKPSC RO ARO Admit Card?

Admit card is available only on the official UKPSC website — psc.uk.gov.in or ukpsc.net.in. It is not sent by post. Candidates must download and print it themselves before the exam.

Q3: Does each stage of UKPSC RO ARO have a separate admit card?

Yes. A separate admit card is issued for Prelims, Mains, and Computer Test. Candidates must download a fresh admit card from the UKPSC portal before each stage.

Q4: Is Hindi Typing mandatory in UKPSC RO ARO Computer Test?

Yes. Hindi Typing (Code 94) is mandatory. English Typing (Code 95) is optional. Computer Basic Knowledge (Code 96) is qualifying in nature — its marks are not counted in the final merit list.
