Uttarakhand D.El.Ed Entrance Exam 2026 Admit Card: Download & Exam Day Rules

Last Updated: Sep 19, 2026 | Source: Official Uk Deled brochure | Ukdeled.com

Admit cards for the D.El.Ed Entrance Exam 2026 are released only on the official website, and no postal copies are sent out. Candidates are notified of the release through SMS, email, and newspaper announcements, so it’s worth checking the website directly around the exam date rather than waiting on a notification to arrive.

By this stage, you should also be well into revising the Uk deled exam syllabus and pattern, so the last stretch before the exam goes toward practice rather than figuring out what to study.

How to Download Your Admit Card

Log in to the official portal using the same registration number and password created during your application, and download your admit card from there once it’s released. Print it clearly — a smudged or unclear printout can cause problems at the exam centre.

Documents to Carry on Exam Day

  • Your downloaded admit card, in original
  • One photo ID proof, matching the exact ID type and number you entered in your application — Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Voter ID, Passport, or PAN Card
  • If your admit card photo is missing or unclear, carry two recent passport-sized photographs along with your Aadhaar card as a backup

Items Allowed and Not Allowed Inside the Exam Hall

Only your admit card, photo ID, and a black or blue ballpoint pen are allowed inside. Everything else — calculators of any kind, log tables, mobile phones, pagers, smartwatches or digital watches, any electronic device, and printed or handwritten material — is prohibited. Food, tea, coffee, and cold drinks aren’t allowed inside the hall either, and smoking, chewing paan or gutka, and spitting inside the hall are also barred. It’s worth bringing your own clipboard or hard writing board, since the desks provided may not all be smooth, and the exam authority does not supply these.

Marking the OMR Sheet

Use only a black or blue ballpoint pen — pencil marks are not accepted under any circumstance. Darken one bubble per question fully and clearly; once a bubble is marked, it cannot be changed, so be certain before marking. If you’re unsure of an answer, leave it blank rather than guessing or marking more than one option, since either results in zero marks for that question anyway, with no additional penalty either way. No rough work is allowed anywhere on the OMR sheet.

After the exam, carefully tear along the marked perforation to separate the carbon copy from your OMR sheet. Hand over the original to the invigilator, and you may keep the carbon copy along with your question booklet.
