Eligibility Criteria
Common requirement across most posts: Intermediate (12th) pass from Uttarakhand Board of School Education, Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, or an equivalent exam recognized by the State Government, along with a minimum Hindi typing speed of 4000 key depressions per hour (KDPH) on computer.
Kanishtha Sahayak — pay, age, and eligibility vary by department. Since names and vacancy counts repeat across many departments, the post code is the only reliable identifier:

Other distinguishing eligibility by post:
- Praver Sahayak/Varishtha Sahayak: Intermediate + 25 WPM Hindi/30 WPM English typing + MS Office + minimum 5 years’ experience in a Govt./Semi-Govt./Public Sector/reputed Ltd company + at least 3 years served in the post/grade immediately below.
- Computer Sahayak: Intermediate + 4000 KDPH Hindi typing + MS Office; English typing preferred where candidates are otherwise equal.
- Store Keeper: Intermediate + minimum 1-year diploma in computer operation. Age limit 21–42 years (higher than most posts).
- Telephone Operator: Intermediate pass; preference given to candidates with EPABX operator experience.
- Bhumi Arjan Amin: Intermediate pass; preference given to candidates with prescribed Lekhpal training.
- Survey Lekhpal: Intermediate pass; no typing speed requirement specified.

Age Limit (General)
- 18 to 42 years for most posts, calculated as on 1 July 2026 (see table above for departments requiring 21 years minimum)
- Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates, 10 years for Divyang candidates, 5 years for freedom fighter dependents, as per applicable government orders
Nature of Post
Most posts under this recruitment are non-gazetted (अराजपत्रित), permanent (स्थायी), and covered under the contributory pension scheme (NPS). Selection Process
Selection is through a single stage: a written competitive examination, followed by document verification. There is no interview.
